We really liked this series (so far!) It's such a funny graphic novel series and the illustrations are gorgeous and easy to follow. There were moments in this where we both laughed out loud reading. I recommend it for any dinosaur lovers or middle grade graphic novel readers.

‼️ Heads up: Hints of evolution

  • Talking fish with human legs

  • Monkey discovers fire instead of humans (this is implied at the end of the first book).

  • Jokes like, "cold-blood evolution is getting out of hand!"

  • Forcefield being left on will, "affect how the creatures evolve on earth," in book 3.

  • Book 3 also mentions, "evolution isn't going well on this planet so we should just destroy it."

Blurb:

"Jurassic Jeff, an alien cadet, has finally found a mission that will prove to his other space cadets that he belongs in the program. He's going to take over the planet: Earth. There's only one problem with this mission: prehistoric Earth is terrifying! Now, with the help of some talking dinos, Jeff must take over Earth and return to his home...but could there be more important things than conquering planets? Friendships are tested, fish grow legs, and dinosaurs face extinction in this hilarious graphic novel for middle grades."
